The main mechanism by which Iverheal 12mg Tablet works involves disrupting the nervous system of parasites. The active compound Ivermectin binds to special proteins known as glutamate-gated chloride channels located in the nerve and muscle cells of parasites. This interaction increases the flow of chloride ions into the cells, causing paralysis of the parasite’s muscles and nerves. As a result, parasites lose their ability to move, feed, and reproduce. Eventually, the immobilized parasites die, and the body’s immune system gradually removes them from the infected tissues.
