Machine Production Monitoring Software pulls OEE numbers straight from the PLC network, which removes the manual data entry that usually introduces errors (or just doesn't happen consistently). Getting accurate run-time, idle-time, and speed-loss figures without someone logging them by hand means engineers can point continuous improvement efforts at whatever's actually costing the most. Guesswork tends to get replaced fairly quickly once that data is reliable. Soft Designers builds its data collection tools to turn raw equipment signals into something a plant can actually act on.
